Please read these terms before using SunOnMyStreet Crypto. The service helps you understand market information. It does not place trades or promise financial results.

SunOnMyStreet Crypto checks market data and explains assets that meet a set of analytical conditions. It offers Watchlists, alerts, learning material and records of observed price moves. A setup means a possible price move we are watching.
The service does not hold your crypto, access your exchange account or execute orders for you. Its information is general and is not based on your personal finances or needs.
Use an email address you can access. Keep your password and reset links private. You are responsible for the activity you authorise through your account. Tell us through Contact / Support if you believe someone has gained access.
Do not impersonate another person, share access to bypass plan restrictions, or attempt to enter another account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before helping with sensitive changes.
FREE shows up to five selected Opportunities. The number can be lower when fewer assets meet the checks. PRO provides all available Opportunities and the extra analysis, filters, tracking and history described on Pricing.
Both plans include Learn and access to Community under its participation rules. Access restrictions are checked by the server. PRO does not promise better investment results or a minimum number of opportunities.
The advertised PRO subscription is £2.99 per month. Review the amount and renewal information shown at Stripe checkout before subscribing. Payments are processed through Stripe when billing is enabled.
A subscription renews according to the billing terms shown at checkout until cancelled. Access depends on the subscription status received from Stripe. Failed payments or delayed status updates can affect access. An administrator’s manual access change does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription.
Use Manage billing in Account to open the Stripe billing portal when available. Follow the portal’s cancellation steps and check its confirmation and effective date. Closing the browser or ceasing to use the site does not cancel a subscription.
If the portal is unavailable, a charge looks wrong, or you need to ask about cancellation or a refund, use Contact / Support. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply to you. We do not describe all payments as non-refundable.
Do not attack, overload or interfere with the service. Do not bypass access checks, collect other people’s private data, send spam or use the site to promote scams. Automated access must not disrupt normal use or evade restrictions.
Do not upload executable files, malicious content or material you do not have the right to share. We may limit activity to protect the service and its users.
Community posts are opinions shared by users. They are not financial advice. They are separate from SunOnMyStreet Crypto analysis. Be respectful, discuss ideas without harassment, and do not publish private information about yourself or other people.
Do not post scams, misleading promises of profit, unlawful material or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Use Report to flag a concern. Reports may be reviewed later; moderation is not a promise that every post is checked before it appears.
You keep rights in content you create. By posting, you allow the service to store and display that content, your display name and your profile photo to operate Community and to moderate it. You can remove your posts and comments using the available controls.
We cannot promise uninterrupted access, instant alerts or error-free data. Maintenance, external providers, internet problems and market conditions can delay or interrupt features. Check the update time before relying on information.
Prices can differ across providers and exchanges. A chart may show a different source or time from a saved market snapshot. Historical records may be incomplete. An alert may arrive after a price has changed.
Signal Strength measures how closely market conditions match the checks used by the service. It is not a probability of profit. Entry, Target and Stop are reference prices for observation, not orders or guarantees.
Recorded results are observations, not proof of what a real trade would have earned. Fees, taxes, price gaps and differences between quoted and executed prices can change results. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the analysis.
The site’s design, software and original explanations belong to their respective rights holders. You may read and use the information for your own learning. Do not copy or redistribute the service in a way that infringes those rights.
Market data, charts, fonts and other third-party materials remain subject to their providers’ rights. Community members remain responsible for the material they share.
We may remove content or suspend access when an account is used for abuse, scams, security attacks or other serious misuse. Suspended accounts cannot continue posting or using signed-in features.
Contact Contact / Support if you believe an action was mistaken. Account suspension and subscription billing are separate: check the billing portal or contact us about an active subscription.
You choose whether to act on information and remain responsible for your own decisions. Do not treat a score, notification or user post as a promise that an investment is suitable for you.
We do not guarantee market outcomes or compensation for trading losses. This wording does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
